Here at Get Golfing, we want as many people to enjoy playing golf as possible – this is why we do things a little differently. We want all our players to have FUN and enjoy our golf courses – regardless of age, gender or ability.

Our Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Payment Policy
    • All green fee bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. This also includes member guest bookings.
    • Failure to complete payment will result in loss of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations or amendments made 48 hours (or more) in advance of booking date
    • Full cancellation – Call club to re-arrange date or request a refund.
    • Cancellation of a player(s) – Call club to arrange a player refund.
    • Amending the date or time of a booking – Call club to confirm rate. The new date and time booked will be subject to the rate available on the new date and the initial payment can be used towards the balance.
    // Cancellations or amendments made within 48-24 hours of the booking date
    • Full cancellation – Will forfeit their full payment
    • Cancellation of player(s) – Will forfeit the payment of the player(s) cancelling or credit can be arranged for an alternative date.
    • Amending the date or time of a booking – Call club to confirm rate. The new date and time booked will be subject to the rate available on the new date and the initial payment can be used towards the balance.

    • Full cancellation – Will forfeit their full payment
    • Cancellation of player(s) – Will forfeit the payment of the player(s) cancelling
    • Amending the date or time of a booking – Will forfeit the full payment
  • Pairing Policy

    We want as many people to enjoy playing at our venues as possible. By keeping consistent group sizes (4 ball’s) we allow for a smoother experience with everyone playing at a similar pace.

    To achieve this, groups with less than 4 players may be required to join other groups and play together.

    If you do not wish to be paired up you may reserve the entire tee time (all 4 slots) for the full price.

  • Buggy Hire Policy
    • All buggy users are required to fill out a buggy hire form prior to use.
    • The individual who signs our buggy hire agreement form (the hirer) is responsible for ensuring the buggy is used safely and correctly.
    • The hirer will be required to leave a credit card as a damage deposit to hire any buggy.
    • The club does not accept liability for damage or personal injury to any passenger or other
      person whilst the golf car is in the care or control of the hirer.
    • The hirer of the golf cart shall be liable for any damage (including the golf cart) or injury
      caused by negligent operation.
    • Should any damage occur then the relevant fee (as per the deposit hire agreement form) will be charged.
    • The golf carts will only be used within the designated areas of the golf course.
    • The golf cart shall only be used to carry two persons and two bags maximum.
    • Immediately on completion of the rental period of the golf cart, it shall be returned to the
      collection point and the key handed back to golf check in.
    • Any damage or incident must be reported to a staff member at the club immediately.
    • Failure to demonstrate suitable competency whilst operating the golf cart may result in the
      buggy service being withdrawn from the hirer. No refunds will be given.
